Summer Days

Eating cold supers the whole first year
asking for seconds to keep her from tearing up..
yeahh, that's the good stuff

Summer 2007 = satisfaction thus far. I've started 1 of 2 major projects: primping my room (started) & cleaning my car [including the use of Armoral wipes]- not started. As far as my room is concerned I bought a stunning white nightstand that took me 2 hours to assemble, two new lamps.. and got rid of a whole bunch of nothing.

This weekend alone has been satisfying enough.

Wednesday was mudding with Dan's friend Adam, who we later ran into at the carnival.. severely intoxicated.

I:

bought a houseplant (dressina) at Agway
went tanning without Jayna
finally made my tattoo appt. -August 9th
attended the fireman's carnival & picnic
watched fireworks on a bridge, in the rain
purchased MORE chapstick <3
drank two caramel lattes
made Chris a mask to make him smile
played with Gunner.

My life is very fufilling.

PS- I don't have a home in the fall. =[

Totally loving the fact that I am writting on this thing again.  Dan and I got home from our first vacation on Sunday.  Hampton Beach & Portsmouth were amazing. We did LOTS of shopping.

I got:
-4 polos from Aeropostale
-8 underwear
-1 pound of Lindt chocolate truffles <3
-2 tanks from old Navy
-a $10 keychain from the Kittery Trading Post that says 'Life Is Good'
-a candle from Yankee Candle
-1 pair of bring pink and lime green Crock flip flops =]]
-a 14k gold band that I can wear while I am in PA
-Hampton Beach sweatpants <3
-Hampton Beach T

I think that's it.

We stayed in the Anchorage Inns and Suites. Dan got the whirlpool deluxe room. I felt like a princess. We are the coolest couple I know. We watched lots of TV, ate lots of animal crackers, drank lots of wine, went to the beach, relaxed in the whirlpool, took advantage of sleeping in, appreciated each other's company, spent lots of money on ourselves and the people we love, and most importantly had a great weekend. He is my boy. <3

It's actually amazing that I am back to this thing, but after having read all of my previos posts, I felt it necessary.  In adiditon, it is certainly a stress relief.  Basically my life is drastically different than it was last year at this time.

I am attending the University of Connecticut, majoring in Agriculture & Natural Resources.
I am serving as CT FFA Vice President, 2006-2007.
I am still with Dan.
I drive a hott VW Jetta with silver horses on the back.
I work at Agway in Southington and Camputaro's in Wallingford.
I still own a fat pony named Marquis.
I recently pierced my tragus.
I am addicted to Victoria's Secret.

Yeah, that's pretty much it for right now. Off to write an Introduction to Human Rights paper.

January 15th, 2006

Hokay. =]]

I, Elyse Megan Brodeur, was accepted to the following:
Delaware Valley College, Agriculture Education Program; Faculty Scholarship = $46,000
University of Connecticut, Agriculture and Natural Resources Program

That is pretty much monumental for me. I got DVC's letter on Friday and was pretty blaze about the whole thing. I got Uconn's letter Saturday and f l i p p e d out. I am pretty excited to be a selected member of the Class of 2010. Daniel, however, does not care. The new trailor is far more exciting than even acknoledging my new found excitement and personal achievement.

Okay enough rambling. I am off to shower and *do* my hair. This is going to be a phenominal day.

So, I have decided with the help of others as well to make my wonderful journal 'Friends Only'; actually more like 'Best Friends Only'. Unfortunately I didn't want to have to change my journal because I adore having it, but thanks to some recent events it's been almost a must do kind of thing.

People who haven't made it on the friends list. Either IM me or let me know through here.

Sorry.

Classic lesson, Parli-Pro workshop

Tiring.

Yesterday started at Pinebrook. I had stalls to do, way way too hot to do stalls but with the assistance of my mother; they got done. I drove!! Yep, drove up the driveway and down the road when we left the barn. I came home to a random frantic email frenzy with Megan about Marquis, the weirdo he is. I was so stressed about his frame. We discussed stretchers, weights, chains, and full bridles. Anything and everything to make me feel better because I was pissed off.

So lesson time came around. *Awesome.* He was so cool to be on. Meg used a bag whip for the first time and she also had a water bottle with some rocks in it. Very cool. He definitely picked his neck up and engaged in the hind end like I wanted. Very tiring ride but fun as hell. Frank came down to watch the last few minutes, lol. I am definitely a happier person knowing my Classic horse is really a Classic horse. =D We didn't do much eq stuff, no spirals, or patterns, or surpentines or anything like that but did a LOT of trotting stuff and keeping him forward. My upper body is rock this year for the first time and my seat is spotless; but my lower leg needs work and so do my heels. BUT... my hands were *MUCH* steadier. So that is certainly something to smile about. We both agreed that buying cuffs and chains at New England isn't a bad idea. We will start in stretchers in a lesson because it's weird to feel at first; and then I can work him alone in chains. Very impressed with my Poneh. =]

Today was effing hell. Was at school for 8 and sat in the officer for about 45 minutes laughing at Keefe. Then got kicked out of the office due to the phone call to parent thing so I read the book that I swear is the spawn of Satan, my Parli- Pro book. I met Jessica V, Jessica K, Desiree, and Mike at around 10 when we started. We did two mach run throughs with Mr. K and Mrs. S. The first one was terrible; I have never been more confused in my life. I actually thought I was going to cry. Yeah, that's how terrible my experience was. Mr. K knew and jumped around and did stupid shit to make the group laugh, including myself. After the second I was feeling a bit better, but I have so much to learn. So much to learn. I need to know all motions, whether they are amendable, debatable, how much vote they require to pass; etc. It's crazy. After they all went out to eat, I didn't. =D

Out.

Wholy crap. Haven't updated in a while.

Friday was super boring. Went out to dinner which was good and then to Plainville to see A Cinderella Story with Erika and my sister. It was super fun.=]

Saturday was a much better day. I had barn in the morning. We got cleaned really early because my dad had friends coming out. I also got to ride and he was awesome. Neck is still a bit too low for mw, but he had never bent that well underneath me. Still a bit too lazy so we might start riding with a whip, because the surpentines were too damn slow, but perfect. The pattern was tres tres magnifique.=] Then my dad's friends little boy got on with me and my dad walked us around a few times. He was so cute. After he got off my dad took outragious pictures of my on him both bareback and with a saddle. I can't wait. There's one of me leaning on his neck with my arms wrapped around him; I am praying it comes out awesome. Pony is my Service Horse of the Year. Haha.

Came home after the mall and screwed around for a bit. Then starting getting ready for Julia's and Region 16. However, the jackass I was didn't realize that the partayyy started at 2 and not 2:30. Haha it was rushed. The party was fun. Amanda, Eileen, Laura, and I chilled out. It was coolness.

REGiON 16 KiCKED ASS
After my mother and I drove threw a tornado and finally found Cassie Jean everything was cool. I saw the stallie class with my mom, VERY different from morgans.

After my maja left, Cassie and I hung out for a bit. Dianne and I headed to the collie to see some classes including a park class and the Saddle Seat Eq. 14-17 class. Very cool. Cassie had her Hunter Pleasure Open Final Saturday night. She had an awesome go. We headed back to the barn and untacked then ate lots of fruit in the collie all by our lonesomes while watching some horses get worked. There was an arguement about whether or not to get Mean Girls at the room; but to our suprise it had been ordered anyways, haa. "I was so upset I thought my stomach was going to come out of my butt." Ahhhh haha.

Sunday morning we ate, and headed back to Eastern States to watch the show. Very cool classes. Cassie got a wicked nice belt with all of her horses names on it. It looks *stunning*. Cassie's pictures didn't come out stunning, so the photographer said if we could have Pantera tacked my the last class he'd take more. Record grooming: braiding, tacked, and Cassie dressed in 30 minutes. =] The pictures did end up coming out fabulous. We also went to the sheep show!! Talk about a riot, but we did meet Howard. =D

I had an awesome time up at Region 16. Very cool to see some Arabs go. Very similiar to Morgans.
Cassie ended up with:

Pantera AA
Hunter Pleasure JTR Champion
PB Hunter Pleasure Open Final Top Five

PG Sportiw+
Hunt Seat Eq 14-17 Top Five
Sport Horse Geldings In Hand Top Five
Arabian Sport Horse Under Saddle Open Reserve Champion

Very, very nice show for her. Yeyy for Region 16.

"a one night stand just stay the night"

Wow... I'm wicked bored. My last entry was yesterday and guarunteed, absolutley nothing happened since then. I did go to A.C. Moore last night with my padre, and sister. I bought paper and a wicked cool poster board except you use white board markers on it. =] So I can do a calander every month, and not have to buy a new poster board each month. I thought thwas a very economicly wise decision on my behalf. But yeahh, otherwise the evening was a waste of time. Yeyy for bullshit evenings. I did, however, talk to B last night. He called around 10, half asleep; to tell me about his great idea. He wants to bring the gang to Toby Keith's concerto in September. Yeyy for boys with great ideas. So needless to say I was really excited about that. We then brought the conversation into the general country music world where I explained that, Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy, was in fact our theme song as riders. He thought that was pretty funny, seeing as he knows we all ride.

Today was entirely a waste of my time. I did *nothing*. Not true, I looked at the brand new International Morgan Connection where I admired the, as always, stunning horses. But this time was my personal dedication to equitation and the kids from Equitation Unlimited that I will never beat. Their eq is breathtaking. I also had a very open chat with Michael Bielewicz who is almost the coolest person on earth. That conversation definitely straightened my head up about who I would like to 'be with'; and who appears to be something I can't take my eyes off of, but really has another side. Definitely opened my eyes, but it sucks because I can't take my eyes off of him.<3 It's that weird feeling when you see someone, your heart pounds .. it's the power thing I am absolutely in love with. And I know I can't have him, it's very hard. I shouldn't be with him, Brian is a much cooler person for me.

Erika called, I love her; and missed her a lot. I haven't talked to her nearly enough in the past few days. Apparently she and Chris went out last night, I have yet to hear the details. =X

Okey I am off. Phone with Er, maybe mall with Laurell.

Hiya!! =]

Haven't updated in a few days, because I really just haven't felt like it. It's been really rainy, I hate rain. I really feel like rain is quite possibly the worst element for a person's mind. It's so grey, and wet; and generally cold. It sucks.

Cassie left today for REGiON 16 CHAMPiONSHiPS, woot woot. I am heading up there Saturday night after Julia's party. I am going to stay for her Open Pleasure Championship (assuming she qualifies); and then I am staying the night with them, and watching the show Sunday. I am tres, tres excitedo. It will be a kick ass time.

Speaking of Julia's party, I got her present this morning. I am doing very well with prior planning. Saturday will be a very busy day. I have barn in the morning which my dad's friends are coming to. I have to work Prince because he hasn't done a damn thing in about a week. Gahh. I need to set up a serious working schedual for him; it's just so hard for me to get to the barn. I need to start in lines again which I haven't done at all this year. Then after barn, I have to get packed and head to Julia's sweet *16th* partayyy. That should be a boat load of fun, =]. And finally, off to Eastern States to see Cassie Jean, PG Sportiw+, and Pantera AA. That will be a fun-filled evening.

Dawn and Joey left for Vegas today. Hopefully the baby will bring them some good luck.=] I can't wait for CTF to be finished and the baby to be here. On another, less lovely note, there is no lesson tody which is good. I want to ride; I just don't want to ride with Megan this week. I have had farr to much going on to deal with the perkiness.

As for the radical journal change, once again; I got bored. I missed my red colors, the green got a bit too boring. The red, much more vibrant.=D So it got switched back to the old system.

XOXO

The continuation...

So my father came home from Avon Saturday afternoon *completely* pissed off about the collar; and started asking if I wanted to go out. Now, when the hell does that EVER happen? So apparently the options were: Unionville Parade with my firemen, or the Ho-Down with the Cheshire Dog Club. Parade won.

We were at the firehouse rather early. Rose, Marissa, John, Mini-Wheat, Bobby-D, and Kevin Bleu were there. All we neded was .. Vince. Once he showed up we packed up and headed out to Unionville. I saw Chris again.=] Farmington's unit marches through and on the opposite side of the Junior Department was Krause, screaming out orders; haha. Jeneanne showed up, late but still in time for the parade. She bought Marissa and I each a charm for a necklace. Marissa got ballet slippers and I got a Ponayy. Once the parade had ended Southington headed back to our little 'gathering area' for the fun to begin. I ate very good fried dough and wore a very cool hat. Black with red flames, yes folks; it's a pimp hat. I told Vince about my fabulous tattoo idea. He didn't think it was a very good idea. We talked a lot about those ideas and all he did was shake his head. Then, poor Chris came over to our gang because, little did I know it, he parked right next to us. Vince stared at him the, whole time. Yep that sucked especially because all he did was say hi. Jeneanne assured Vince everything was alright. Then they all wandered off to the beer garden and I stayed with my dad, Mini-Wheat, and Jeneanne. That was fun, we bashed one of the Power Puff girls around rather violently and actually deflated her a little bit. Everyone came back and we had to deal with a very drunk, rude East Hampton captain. He started talking about Firefighter I many years ago and about how to get horses out, and cows- etc. Then he went into thats why they make horse sinto glue, lmao. Vince stared at me the whole damn time; ahhh haha.

Trophy time came. We won, lmfao. We didn't bring the tanker, we brought the antique that they didn't even wash. They ran a rag over the top of it. Yep, Best Appearing Antique- Motorized.

The afterparty was at Lynn's. Nothing too exciting. Everyone did Jell-O shots, and I was convinced the tree was going to catch on fire because her Chimnea was directly underneath it and Vince had flames about 2 feet high off the top of it. Crazy night..

Today... Today

It has been interesting, that's for damn sure. It started at Pinebrook as every Saturday morning does. We did stalls, and I hung out in the paddock with Port o Prince.=] I also saw my first rat at the barn, eeek. He was in Gilly stall and promptly ran into his little hole when my padre opened the door. No cool for rats!!

We came home and I got ready for our first e-collar lesson with Dawn. I've been conditioned to the dog training world for quite sometime. I've worked with Dawn, and attended a seminar or two; and I have seen many many dogs started on the collar. Yickes! We worked for an hour straight of just introducing the collar and working with her on her 'come' command. She was tired! She doesn't equate the collar yet with her command and doesn't necessarily understand her come command because we never enforced a recall on her. It's very hard to train your own dog. She is confused, therefore she mopes around- and is really stressed out. I am supposed to do 25-30 "comes" a day. As we work more, she will understand it a lot better. It's just hard, I can definitely understand what Dawn said when she said that it was harder to train your own dog than someone elses. I just worked her about 15 minutes ago outside, she seemed to fight the collar a little bit. There is a HIGH level of distraction outside; so I had to bump her up a few levels. She still doesn't understand it, somefully if i drill and drill she'll get it. I'm so sad. I feel like such an ass for doing it; but once she understands it- she will adore having it.

Tonight, I don't know what's going on. I want to ride Port o Prince, however my father is in Avon because he is a chicken shit and didn't want to see the collar on Trinka for the first time. Maybe I can ride at dusk! =] I don't know, we shall see... I just want to work- stress relief! Time will tell. I have to work on my pattern, and i would like to get some solid trotting work on him. Even if all I do it throw a surcingle on him and work him in lines; I can get some neck work in and pick him up a bit. I would prefer to ride; at least then I could get some upper body work in. I need to bathe him as well. His mane is getting so long. =D I need to soak that in conditioner and this year he wears a tail wrap ALL winter long.=] I've been opposed to them before definitely in the summer, but also in winter with the back pressure idea. We'll see.

Alright, off to make a dog training notebook. Writting down everytime I work her and what we got accomplished or what we didn't get accomplished.

And I thank the Lord for the people I have found,
And I thank the Lord for the people I have found
-Sir Elton John

The past few days seem to have run into each other. Yesterday I found out that Plasky is moving to Argyle, NY. She sent me an email yesterday explaining everything. Their ag program started about 4 years ago. It is in a very small town about 45 minutes north of Troy which is up by Albany. She is the only teacher and will teach 2 environmental courses, 1 animal science course, pre-vet, and 1 ag communications course. There aren't any labs, or a any source or transportation. Sounds pretty outragious, but if anyone can do it; Jenn can. She will turn her chapter around; and will probably end up kicking every other chapters ass. I've personally never worked with someone with such a high determination level; and who can motivate people without them realizing she is. She can created an image and demanded a victory from it. I must say thank you. She taught us all to dream and inspire; and we have. She said nothing was out of reach, and it wasn't. Good luck in Argyle Plasky

Mrs. Carr, a close friend of both my dad's and his parents died yesterday morning. |Rest in Peace|

Today was crazy. I was at school for 8; and met Mrs. S pulling in. I stapled 23 copies of my speech, (8 for my regional competition at the Big E, and 15 for Nationals). Then I started work on the bulletin boards. Laurell showed up and sat for about 45 minutes discussing her 'hoops' to jump through in order to get her to National Convention in October. Mrs. Stannard chatted with us abotu some ideas and we came up with a plan. Laurell is to create a poultry judging CDE handbook with worksheets and study quides for the team. Great idea!! =] Speaking of, I have to get working on my Parli-Pro ideas which means continuing my reading sucess with the Idiots Guide.

Tonight includes my continuing cleaning obsession; and Chris' party- maybe. Laurell is headed off to Northhampton to see Mrs. D ride in her freestyle class.

It's hard to tell yourself you're okay, and know you really aren't. Faking it just doesn't count.

So yes, I am having trouble accept people's actions in my life. I miss them so much, and I don't understand why it all happened which doesn't help. I think I'm okay, and I tell myself I don't really need them; but I am so sad when I read things about them; or are around them and know they want nothing to do with my life. It's tough to admire someone, and know they don't give a shit anymore.=[ How do you walk away from that?

Okay, enough babbling. I figured it was about time to post the grades.
Sophomore English: 85, 80 for the year
Ag. Science & Tech: 100, 99 for the year
Algebra II: 81, 79 for the year
Biology: 75, 78 for the year
French III: 90, 90 for the year
That means high honors.=] Amazing, that means high honors, LOL.

Alright, yesterday was Wednesday which is lesson day. Everything went well. Marquis was, once again, a Prince. Megan ended up taking my arms and hands to keep a line for elevation. We worked a lot on pulling him up in front of me which worked well. No spirals yesterday =], I absolutely despise them. We started just at the walk with serious emphasis on him. He did fabulous. Most of the lesson was trotting, just a pleasure trot, so I could find where I had to be to open him up. My hands were rock steady for the first time in my life.=D Then we went back to the Tri State pattern she had me start last lesson. My surpetines were spotless which is a big step up for us. Then we cantered for the first time this year. That went alright. Our first direcion felt like hell because he pulls so much on me, I don't up sitting as deep as I should; but we did it. Our second direction was 75 percent better. I had him in a frame which was nicer. My seat is SO much stronger than last year which is very good. We went right into a road trot, which is my favorite, after we cantered. He did well; he was so tired by the end it took a lot fo work to keep him at a road trot.

We shall see, our trot is coming along fabulous because I didn't loose everything last year. He needs to be muscled to back where he was; but that will come. So far, if he keeps his head; unlike last year and gets a bit more muscled we *might* be looking at an academy, or even pleasure class by the fall. We'll see. I would rather have him dead steady at home, then not be dead steady and take him somewhere else. That's my Port o Prince.=]

Happy Belated Birthday America

The 4th of July was certainly one to remember. Erikaness slept over and we watched NYC fireworks on TV while my dad explained about Chinese warfare and all it's fixins, haha. Then Erika and I critiqued prom gowns in many many magazines. It was pretty interesting. The next morning we chilled for a bit and ate Donuts. =] Erika went home and my family just hung out for a little while. Then my dad and I decided to head off to Home Depot to look for some new blinds for my room considering I shot the ones I had.

The Home Depot excursion was interesting. We ended up buying a new toilet, skink, vanity top, faucet, and medicine cabinet for our upstairs bathroom because my father is re-doing it while the rest of my family is in New Hampshire. =] We also hit Lowes because we figured, why not. We ran into Robby there. He is rather freaken hilarious, haha. I also talked to Brian last night, he's home.=D Apparently their truck got smashed by a 2x4 on the way home so they had 3 blown tires which sucks a lot. I also talked to him about J.

Today was another interesting, yet completely random day. It started super because I found a very cool movie on TV and was interrupted by Mrs. Stannards phone call. Then it was off to SHS to sign papers for my last two speaking competitions ever, the Big E and Nationals. =[ I cannot belive this incredible tour de speaking is almost over, haha. I've enjoyed it so much.

Then off to Trails End Tack to get my Ponayy Prince a galpad for tomorrow lesson. =D It was fantabulous.

Okay, I'm out. Brian much recieve a phonecall tonight and Parli-Pro studying MUST continue.

Yeyy for Saturday's before the 4th of July where you get to see old friends ride their horses.=D

So the day started fairly early. Barn morning as always. Off to D&D we went, and then to Pinebrook where we arrived to find a barn full of horses who obviously hadn't eaten. It was wicked confusing. Then Dianne pulled in and explained she was running a tad late this morning. Everything was understood then. So we were off to clean and then my grandparents showed up. They saw Pete who was walking a whole lot better and Pony, and Cotton and Oscar. It was pleasurable enjoyment for them to watch a goat eat an orange vegetable. My family is rather fucked up.

Came home, showered and it was off to Mass to see Cassie Jean and her ponayys. We arrived shortly after 1:30 and she was in the ring for her JTR Pleasure Championship on Pantera. I thought her ride went wonderfully. I walked over and said hi to Dianne. After her class we all went back to her stalls and I got to see Sportiw and Razzle-Dazzle. She looked amazing just in general, and it was nice to see Kyle again. She showed me her tatoo, =], in the midst of tacking up for her 17 and under Eq Championship. I also saw her promise ring that both she and Kyle wear. It was just a very cool day. I talked with for a long time while she tacked Sportiw up. I helped out where I could and we all made fun of Kyle's mom when she wished Cassie good luck in her "Aquitation class", haha! I love those guys. Her equitation class went wonderfully, after the collar catastrophy. Her flatwork was flawless, and despite the racehorse instinct at the handgallop .. she looked stunning. Her pattern was in all sense perfect, even though the judge didn't think so. Kyle and I stood on the rail laughing at the "unruly child". This freaken grey pony who was a little bucko in the pattern portion of Cassie class. It was very cool to see everyone: Cassie, Kyle, Dianne, Terry, PG Sportiw+, Azrael, and Pantera AA. =D They made my day today.

So that's it in a nutshell. I am a very happy person today!! yeyy for AHANE, my first Arab show. I already promised my beloved I would be back up for Region 16.

Feels like I can finally rest my head on something real,
I like the way it feels

Ok so today was pretty hardcore. Yep, woke up at 11.. which is by the way - way too late. I did nothing for about an hour, and then decided to go running even though it was proven to be about 80 degrees outside. The run was splendid, very hott but a good workout. I heart cardio.=D I came home and soon realized that my mother had a bad headache and in fact was sleeping.

I chatted with Michael. It was long, super ultra long. We fixed things in a sense. He is very upset about not being my boyfriend. I told him it was too bad, I would still go to his prom but he wasn't coming to mine. He won't actually admit he wants to be with me, but when i told him about Brian his comment was .. "what's so good about him". So as of right now, I don't think I have pleased him even though all he said he wanted was to be my friend. He wants more, and that's too bad. On the topic of Brian, apparently Jenelle O'Neil is absolutely in love with him so I called him at Lake George to tell him, LOL.=D He was a bit shocked, and I laughed alot at him. I adore him, and can't wait for him to come home.

Jayna, my father, and I made a trek out to CVS and then two Dunkin Donuts, and then Krys, and to the terrorist store. Then ate .. and back to a different CVS! It was crazy busy but awesomly hilarious.

Laurell left for New Hampshire today with Clinton. That shall be VERY interesting. On the topic of Laurell, my new Parli-Pro book is doing wonders for my head. I am SO much more relaxed about Parli-Pro next year. I still hate the idea, but am not as worried I will be a failure!

Okay, off to scrap and then read. I have NO idea what is going on tomorrow. It's barn with riding for Grandma Grace and Pop-Pop. Then either Dawn's 4th party .. or the Big E to watch Cassie Jean.

Today was very very busy.

Dawn called earlier this morning to see if i wanted to go to Babies R Us with her because she needed to get some things for a friend's baby shower. So I jumped in the shower and she was here like 2 minutes after I got out. We were off to Corbin's Corner to buy some baby stuffs. We got the bath tub off of her friend's registry and then a bunch of really cute bathtime stuff for a baby. It was super. Then we headed to a store almost right next to Babies R Us so she could show me two pieces of furnature she's thinking about for the nursery.=D I am so very excited.

Came home and had some lunch with Jayna. Then Laurell called and I chatted with her for about 15 minutes concering stupid stupid matters going on at school. Mind you, it's only 2 weeks after school ended! We made plans to go to Waterbury so I could find a Parli-Pro book. While getting ready .. my Alicia called! =D She is very good.

Laurell picked me up and we were off to Waterbury where I did in fact find a book, The Complete Idiots Guide to Roberts Rules. Hopefully, it will help. Then she ate and we got lost in Waterbury. It was all to relative for us. School is pissing us both off immensly, and she is stressed over her duties and I am at the point of not caring. Gahh, all to real!

Okey, off to scrap - maybe. Or run .. yeah maybe run.

So it hasn't been very eventiful. Ok, I lied.
I saw Keefe today!! =D Yep, that's right. While on the phone with the very apprechiated Alicia, I remembered that my L.L.Bean winter boots were in fact .. stil in the plant lab! So my mom and I were off to SHS to see if they still had them in their possession. Mr. Keefe informed me he had just called me about schedualing the summer officer get-together. So my mom and I sat in the office for about 30 minutes making fun of him. He showed me his very spechul color coded summer working schedual! I ended up getting everyone's phone numbers, etc and was off on a mission.

I did manage to get a hold of many officers to see what their preference was ... beach, or tubbing down the Farmington River. And let them know the date on that is the 28th. We'll see how well all of this planning works out. I am supposed to call weirdo next week, but I think because of his concentration issues .. I will just go in. =D

Then, I went shopping. =D Yes, it was off to the mall where I purchased a bathing suit I am in love with and sunglasses I adore just as much. And then of course, the loved Lilu. My purchases make me smile immensly.

Alright, I am off. Nick and Jessica are on tonight and I need to find info on tubinggggg.
